Who we are

...

Narguisa

I am a retired schoolteacher and I will be your host during your stay. As a native from this region, it will be my pleasure to prepare traditional dishes for you, made in part from produce grown in our garden. I love to welcome people from all over the world and to share my culture.

I speak Georgian and Russian, but English speakers needn’t worry! Our neighbours will be delighted to help us communicate.

Giorgi

I am the owner of the house which was built by my grandfather. I spent my childhood there and I love it dearly. When I moved to France in 2002, the house was unoccupied for a number of years and fell into disrepair. In 2016, I decided to renovate the house, little by little, so that tourists can enjoy this little bit of paradise. Any profits made go towards renovations and to my mother Narguisa.

Nora

I came to Mukhuri for the first time in 2014 and immediately fell for its charms. During my stay, I was able to discover the hidden gems of the region which remain unspoilt. Since 2016, I have been helping my husband Giorgi and my mother-in-law to develop the guesthouse.

And all temporary workers

The guesthouse would not be what it is without their support.

We would like to thank all those who participated and still help us : Fabrice for the website, Oona for our logo, Giorgi, Megui and Tamara for their help on site, Antoine, Cyrielle, Enora, Fabrice and Marie for the photos and their good painting !
